The promoter is The Artist Collective Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13295411 ("the Promoter").
This is a free prize draw connected to the tattoo preview booth known as The Fitting Room, operating at the No Regrets studio in Bristol ("the Booth"). No purchase is necessary to enter and no payment of any kind is required at any stage. Attendance at a Booth preview session is free of charge.
Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees and contractors of the Promoter and its affiliated companies, and their immediate families.
The promotion opens on 12 August 2026. Entries close at 23:59 BST on Tuesday 15 September 2026. Sign-ups and attendances after the closing time create no entries.
a. A person signs up for a free preview session using the form at fittingroom.noregrets.tattoo. b. Each participant may be issued a unique referral code, at the studio or by email, including where a friend has provided the Promoter with that person's email address in order to name them as their referrer. c. Attending a preview session earns the attendee one entry in the draw. d. Where an attendee's sign-up carries another person's referral code, the owner of that code earns one additional entry for that attendance ("a qualified attendance"). e. There is no limit to the number of entries a person may hold; odds of winning are proportional to entries held. f. A sign-up without an attendance creates no entry. Codes marked void by the Promoter create no entries.
One voucher to the value of £500, redeemable against tattoo services at the Promoter's Bristol studio only. The voucher is valid for twelve months from issue, may be redeemed across one or more sittings, is non-transferable, and carries no cash alternative; no change is given. Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to artist availability.
The winning entry will be selected at random from the entries register using a randomiser, on the morning of Wednesday 16 September 2026. The draw will be recorded on video, and the recording retained by the Promoter as the record of the draw and shared with entrants via WhatsApp on draw day.
The winner will be notified by WhatsApp message to the mobile number provided at sign-up, on draw day. The winner has 14 days from notification to claim the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after 14 days, or the winner is ineligible, a redraw will be conducted by the same method. The voucher will be issued within five working days of a valid claim.
In line with the CAP Code, the Promoter will make the winner's surname and county available on request. The winner may object, in which case this information will be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority only if required.
Personal details, including the mobile number provided at sign-up, are used to administer preview sessions and this draw, as set out in the privacy notice at fittingroom.noregrets.tattoo/privacy. Where a referral code is issued to you because a friend provided your email address, the Promoter will contact you once to tell you, as described in that notice. Marketing communications are sent only to entrants who opt in at sign-up. Data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the draw is final. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if events beyond its reasonable control make this necessary; any amendment will be published where these terms are published. This promotion is a free prize draw and not a lottery. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Your name, email address and mobile number, given at booking; your appointment details; your referral code and any code you were referred by; and the preview image produced in the booth. That is the whole list.
Three things. Running your appointment and delivering your preview image (necessary for the service you booked). Running the prize draw, including recording entries, sending the film of the draw to your WhatsApp on draw day, and contacting the winner (our legitimate interest in running the promotion you entered, on the published terms). Marketing about No Regrets offers and events, only if you ticked the opt-in box at booking (your consent, withdrawable at any time by replying STOP or emailing us).
The booth team and the studio staff who run the campaign. WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) carries the messages we send you, under its own terms. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else. The public draw record shows entry codes only, never names.
Campaign records, including the entries register, are kept for three months after the draw to administer the prize and any redraw, then deleted, unless you opted in to marketing, in which case we keep your contact details until you withdraw. Your preview image is yours; our copy is deleted on the same schedule.
You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, and withdraw the marketing opt-in at any time; none of it affects your appointment or your place in the draw, except that deleting your details before the draw removes your entries. Handled under UK GDPR. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
